Chapter 24

"I better head toward the park." Said Diane as she leaves. "I promised the boys that I will play with them. "Said Brandon as he goes with the twins outside. "Abe needs help with something so I will be back later." Said Henry. " I am heading over there as well." Said Cindy as they leave. "I better head off too. I don't want to be late. "Said Ed as she leaves. Nancy smiles as she plays with Eniko.

(Three weeks went by.)

"Good news I past."Said Ed as he shows his papers. Nancy went over and gives him a big hug. "I knew you can do it."Said Nancy. Everyone gives their congrats to Ed. "I think we need a building to do the transformation, I don't think this office can handle the both of us." Said Nancy. Ed agrees. Nancy sees how Diane excited is. "You seem in a good mood Diane." Said Nancy. Diane nods her head yes. "Kristoff asked me to go steady with me." Said Diane.

"Wow, he must care for you." Said Henry. Diane nods her head yes. "He doesn't care if I am a vampire at all." Replies Diane. Just then Eniko starts to cry. "I will go Nancy." Said Cindy. Nancy nods her head yes. Ed looks at Nancy. "You look worn out Nancy." Said Ed to Nancy. "Yes I am. It isn't the kids. I guess I am still worried about Enikos's future." Said Nancy as she sits down. " I think you need a rest. Let me hypnotize you." Said Ed as Nancy agrees to this.

"Let's do it here. Once you are under I will carry you to bed." Said Ed. Nancy agrees to this. "Please stand in front of me."Said Ed. Nancy does what Ed says. "Please look into my eyes. Your eyes lids are getting heavy. They want to close." Said Ed as he watches Nancy. He notices Nancy's eyes starts to close. "Let your eyes close, you won’t able to open them." Continues Ed. AS he notices Nancy's eyes is totally closed. "You want to relax. Your legs can't support you. You want to collapse into my arms." Said Ed as Nancy falls into Ed's arms, he lays her down on the couch.

"You want to relax as you see a waterfall, the water makes you sleepily. Let the water put you to sleep. GO as deep as you can. Your arms are so light that you don't want to move them." Said Ed as he lifts Nancy's arms, he notices how limp it is. "Your whole body wants to relax. In this relax state you don't hear the kids." Said Ed as he watches Nancy. He notices how relax Nancy has become. He picks her up and carries her to their bedroom, he lays her down. Then he leaves. He returns downstairs and notices Cindy and Eniko in the living room. "Where is Nancy?" Cindy asks Ed.

Ed explains what he has done. "I will leave her like this for awhile. Are you OK with Eniko?" Asks Ed to Cindy. "Yes. What is on your mind?" She asks Ed. "I saw a building near hear that might work for us." Ed replies. Cindy nods her head in agreement. " I will make sure I will be back in time to wake Nancy up. Said Ed as he leaves.

(Later)

"How did it go?" asks Cindy as Ed arrives. "Good. The building is big enough. There needs to get some work on it." Said Ed. Mack and Jimmy enter with Brandon. "You look worn out Brandon." Said Cindy. Brandon nods his head yes. "They sure wear you down. I promised Cadee that I will help her out in Vampire Spa. I better shower." Said Brandon as he goes upstairs. "Boys please stay with Grandma." Said Ed as he goes upstairs. Both boys nods their head yes.

Ed enters the room. "Nancy your vacation is over. Your eyelids are not as heavy. Once awake you feel refreshed. Your arms are back to normal." Said Ed as he watches Nancy wakes up. "That felt good." Said Nancy as she gets up. Ed smiles at this. They both head downstairs. Cindy sees them. "How is Eniko doing?" Nancy asks Cindy. "Good, Jimmy and Mack wanted to play to play with her again." Replies Cindy as she watches the boys play with Eniko.

"They sure love her." Said Ed as he watches them play. "Mom, I think Eniko loves when we play with her. "Said Mack as he plays with his sister. "Yes, she does. I am glad you are playing nicely with her." Said Nancy. Mack smiles at this. "Hey mom can go for a walk and take Eniko with us?" Asks Jimmy to Nancy. "Sure, it is nice out." Said Nancy as she gets Eniko.

(Later)

"Hey Nancy, I have found a building that will work for us."Said Ed as he watches Nancy reaction. "Good. We can get the same people that did Vampire Spa." Said Nancy. Ed agrees to this. "They sure care about Eniko." Said Cindy Nancy agrees to this.

(Month went by.)

"I am taking Eniko to the doctor."Said Nancy as she gets Eniko ready. "OK. I am checking the new place to see how it is coming." Said Ed as he leaves. "Kristoff and I are taking the boys swimming. "Said Diane as she gets the boys reading to leave.

"Eniko is getting stronger." Said Henry as he starts to read his book. "Yes, with Mack and Jimmy playing with her it helps out as well."Replies Cindy. " I am going to take Cadee out for lunch." Said Brandon as he leaves. "I have this funny feeling Brandon might marry Cadee one day. "Said Henry to Cindy. Cindy agrees as well.

(Later)

Suddenly the doorbell rings. Henry went to answer the door. "Can I help you?" He asks them. "We are looking for Diane and Brandon." Said the woman to Henry. " I am sorry they are not here right now." Said Henry to them. They looked sad. "Is there anything I can for you?" Asks Henry to them. "Maybe you can." Said the man. "Please come in." Said Henry as he leads them to the living room. "I am Venna and this is my friend Rico."Said Venna. Then she explains why they are here for. "We are not going to take them. They have a family here. " Said Rico. Cindy was shocked to hear this. "Is there a number so they can reach you? They might not want to know you. I hope I am not being mean." Said Cindy to them. "I can understand that. We want to give them to know their background." Said Venna as she gives them her number. "It might take awhile to get back to you." Said Cindy as walks them to the door/ "Thanks." Said Venna as they leave.

"I wonder what Diane and Brandon will say about them?" Said Cindy as she returns. "I have no idea. It is up to them if they want to know them." Replies Henry. Cindy nods her head yes as she hears the door open. "I am home." Said Diane as she enters the room. "How did the date go?" Asks Henry to Diane. "Great. He sure is in love with me. "Replies Diane. Few minutes later Brandon enters same with Nancy and her family. "I am putting Eniko for her nap."Said Nancy as she heads upstairs. "Brandon, Diane can we see you?" Said Cindy. Diane and Brandon nod their heads. "I will take the boys somewhere. "Said Ed as he brings the boys outside.

Cindy explains that they had a visitor while they were out. She tells them about Venna and Rico. Both Diane and Brandon was shock to hear this. "I know it is a shock to you both. They understand if you don't want to know them. Think it over and you can call them." Said Cindy. "OK." Said Diane still in shock. I need to think about this as well." Replies Brandon.

"I know it is a shock as well. We were in shock as well. They understand that you have family here." Said Cindy. Both Diane and Brandon nod their heads as they head upstairs. Nancy returns. "What is going on?" She asks Cindy. Cindy explains what happen. "Wow. It must be a shock to them." Said Nancy.

"Yes it is. I am sure they will make a decision what to do." Said Henry. "I hope they take their time." Said Nancy. The others agree.

(Later)

"Mom? Can I ask you a question." Asks Diane to Cindy. Cindy looks at Diane. "Sure you can." Replies Cindy. "What can you tell me about them?" Asks Diane. Cindy looks at her and explains what Venna and Rico to them. "I think it was hard to for them to give you and Brandon up. I was my guess she was a teenager mom." Said Cindy.

"Do you think it is safe for us to meet them?"Diane asks Cindy. "Yes, if you want to meet them you can do it here." Said Cindy. Diane hugs Cindy. "Thanks, we want to meet them."Said Diane. Cindy smiles at this and replies, "It is up to you. If you want to be friends with them. Said Cindy as she gives Diane the number

(It is Mack and Jimmy's third birthday.)

"It is time already." Said Nancy as she and Ed sets up the room. "Yes it is. They are getting excited now. I had to hide the presents so they couldn't open them." Said Ed. Nancy nods her head yes. "Hey Nancy where do you want these?" Asks Diane. "Any where high so the boys can't get them." Diane nods her head in agreement as she puts them somewhere high.

Ed brings Eniko downstairs and lays the floor. "Ed do you notice Eniko isn't trying to sit up yet or even move her legs?" Nancy asks Ed. "Yeah maybe tomorrow we should bring her to the doctor to see what is wrong with her."Said Ed. Nancy agrees.

(Later)

"Who is ready for present?"Nancy asks Mack and Jimmy. "We are ready for them mom." Said Mack and Jimmy at the same time. Nancy smiles. "OK,. Please sit down." Nancy said as they sit down. Brandon gives Mack his present while Diane gives Jimmy his.

(Four Hours later.)

"Wow you sure got some cool stuff." Said Ed as he looks at their presents. Both boys’ smiles, "Thanks for my presents." Said Mack and Jimmy. "Your welcome. Now it is time for cake." Said Cindy as she and Henry bring the cakes in. Both boys went to their cakes. Nancy and the others sing happy birthday to Mack and Jimmy. Both boys make a wish then they blow out the candles. Cindy cuts the cakes and hands them to everyone. Eniko starts cry. " I think Eniko is hungry. "Said Nancy as she goes and gets Eniko.

(Later)

"Both boys are tired." Said Ed as he watches them. Nancy agrees as well as she cuddles Eniko. "Plus it is past their bedtime too." Said Nancy. Henry enters "Their room is done." Said Henry. Nancy smiles as this. "Thanks Dad" Said Nancy as she gets up. "Her let me take Eniko Nancy." Said Brandon. Nancy hands Eniko to Brandon, Nancy and Ed carries Jimmy and Mack to their room. Both boys are happy they have a regular bed. "Glad to have a bed?" Asks Ed. Both boys nod their heads. Nancy explains what the side is for. Then Nancy and Ed help them changed into pj's then into bed.

(Next Day.)

"Ed and I are going to bring Eniko to the doctor. "Said Nancy. "OK, Jimmy and Mack asked me to take them for a walk." Said Diane as she helps them to get ready. Nancy and Ed Leave. "Why mom does has to bring Eniko to the doctor?" asks Mack a bit confused. "It is time for her check up. They want to make sure she is still healthy too." Replies Diane. "Are we going to the park again?" Jimmy asks. Diane nod her head yes.

(At the park.)

"Please don't go far. I want able to see you." Said Diane to Mack and Jimmy as they run to playground. Dian watches them. "Cute kids."Said a man that showed up. Diane jumps when he just spoke to her. The man sees Diane jump. "Sorry about that. I have a bad habit doing that." Said the man. Diane smiles and replies, "That is OK. Did you just arrive here?" Asks Diane. "Yes I just moved here last week. My name is Kristoff." Said Kristoff. "I am Diane" Said Diane as they shake hands.

"Mack pleases careful." Said Diane as she sees Mack trying to climb a tree. "We don't you to go to the doctor as well." Mack looks at Diane "OK Aunt Diane." Said Mack. Kristoff was amazed how well behaved Mack is. He was more amazed when Jimmy came out from the climb set. "Twins?" He asks Diane.

"Yes, I am looking after them."Said Diane as she watches them play. "I better go. Will you be here tomorrow?"Asks Kristoff. "It is my guess yes." Replies Diane. Kristoff smiles "I would like to know you better. I still need set my place up" said Kristoff. Diane smiles as Kristoff leaves. "Mack and Jimmy it is time to go home." Said Diane as the boy’s running back to Diane.

(Back Home)

"How was the walk?" Asks Brandon as he sees Diane and the twins enter. "Great. We also went to the park as well. Even meet a new person as well." Said Diane Brandon looks at Diane. "He came up to me. He just moved here last week." Replies Diane. Just then Nancy and Ed returns. Cindy hears them. "How did it go?" Cindy asks Nancy.

"Let's go to the living room." Said Nancy. They all go to the living room. "Eniko won’t able to walk. Her spinal cord wasn't formed correctly."Said Nancy. The others were shocked to hear this. "We will still love her." Said Ed as he comforts Nancy. "There is an operation she needs to help her to sit up. That happens when she a bit older. "Said Nancy.

"That is good."Said Cindy as she watches Nancy put Eniko on the floor." Mack and Jimmy I want you to be careful around Eniko." Said Nancy. "OK mom." Said Jimmy. Mack went to play with Eniko. Eniko starts to laugh at Mack. The others watch. Jimmy starts to play with Eniko. "I think Eniko loves this mom." Said Jimmy.

"I think so too. The doctor said she needs to strength her arms as well. The way Mack and Jimmy are playing with her will help as well." Said Ed as he watches. "How was the walk Diane?" Asks Nancy. Diane looks at Nancy. "Good. Mack decided to try to climb a tree. I also meet a guy as well. He just moved here last week." Replies Diane. Ed looks at Diane. "He must be nice." Said Nancy. Diane nods her head yes. "He wants to get to know me. He asked me if I will be at the park tomorrow. I will go. I won’t take the boys." Said Diane. Nancy smiles at this as she sees Eniko has fallen asleep. "I better put Eniko to bed." Said Nancy "I will bath the boys and put them to them to bed. "Said Brandon as he helps the twins upstairs.

Ed watches them leave. "Cindy, do you know if Nancy is still in touch with her teacher that her the hypnotize?" Ed asks Cindy. "I think so why?" She asks Ed. Ed explains. "Good idea. I know vampires don't worn out. But the way Nancy is going it might be helpful to her as well." Said Cindy as she finds the doctor's number. She calls the number to arrange Ed's class, then she hangs up and tells Ed when the class starts. "Thanks Cindy. I am going to tell Nancy as well." Said Ed. Cindy agrees as well.

Nancy returns. Ed sees her, he tells her what he will be doing. Nancy smiles at this. "Once I pass I can help you as well." Said Ed. Nancy smiles and replies, "Yes, it will." Ed smiles at this. Brandon returns. "Both boys are in bed. Both are out like a light. Cadee and I are going to a movie. I am going to pick her up." Said Brandon as he gets ready. Nancy smiles as she watches Brandon leave.

"If Brandon gets married to Cadee. The Vampire Spa will be a family run business. "Said Henry. Nancy agrees to this. "Tell me about this man you meet today Diane?" Asks Nancy to Diane. Diane describes Kristoff to everyone. "I think I have seen him around." Said Ed. Diane looks at Ed. "He just moved here." Said Diane. "I know he moved into my old home. I also saw him move boxes there. He looks really friendly too." Said Ed.

"He wants to know me about me. He was wondering if I will be at the park tomorrow." Said Diane. Cindy smiles at this. "What does your heart tell you?" She asks Diane. "He sounds a caring person. Treats people with respect." Replies Diane.

(Eight months past.)

"You sure worn out Nancy."Said Eda she watches Nancy enters. "Yeah. I already stopped turning people into vampires. Cadee is looking after Vampire Spa." Said Nancy as she sits down. "Are you planning to see the doctor soon?" Asks Ed a bit concern. "Yes, later today." Replies Nancy.

"I am going with you. I don't want you to drive at all." Said Ed. Nancy nods her head yes. "Can you bring my book? I sure don't want to move at all." Said Nancy. Ed nods and went to get Nancy's book.

(Later.)

Suddenly the phone rings. Cindy answers it. She talks for a few minutes. "By your face the news isn't good." Said Henry as he watches Cindy's face. "No. Nancy went into labor." Said Cindy. Brandon was in shock to hear this. "She wants me to be there." Said Cindy.

"OK, I will drive you there." Said Henry as he and Cindy grab their coats. "We will stay here with Jimmy and Mack." Said Diane as Cindy and Henry Leave. Ten minutes later they are at the hospital. Ed sees them. "How is she doing?" asks Cindy a bit worried. Ed explains what the doctor said. Cindy is shocked to hear this.

"The doctor wants to try to stop the labor so the baby will have a better chance. But he isn't too sure if it will work or not." Said Ed a bit concern. "Can I see her?" asks Cindy. Ed nods his head yes. "She has been asking for you." Replies Ed as he leads them to Nancy's room.

They enter Nancy's room. Cindy is shocked to see Nancy like this. "Hey, how are you holding up?" Cindy asks. Nancy looks at her mom and replies, "Hi, I am glad you are here. I don't want to lose my baby." Just then a Doctor enters. "Hi, I am Doctor Aston." Said Dr. Aston. "What is wrong with Nancy?"Asks Cindy to Dr. Aston. "Let's talk in my office. Let Nancy have some rest." replies Dr. Aston. Ed went to kiss Nancy as she goes to sleep. They all leave. They go to Dr. Aston's office.

Once they enter Dr. Aston explains what is happening to Nancy. "We are trying to stop the labor, but it looks like she is going to have it a month early. Has she done any heavy lifting?" He asks them. Ed shakes head no, "We made sure she didn't. Also she asked help when she needed help as well." Replies Ed a bit worried.

Suddenly a nurse enters the office. She tells the doctor about Nancy. Then she leaves. "She is gone into hard labor. It might kill her or the child. If we don't act soon. We must give her a c-section right away." Said Dr. Aston. The others were in shock to hear this.

(Three Hours later.)

Dr. Aston enters the waiting room. Cindy sees him enter. "How did it go?" She asks Dr. Aston. He explains how Nancy is and the baby. "Can we see her?" asks Ed. "Yes for a bit." Said Dr. Aston. They head into Nancy's room. "How are you doing?" Ed asks Nancy. "Sleepily." Said Nancy a bit tired. Ed gives Nancy a kiss as Nancy falls asleep. "What did Nancy had?" Asks Ed to Dr. Aston.

"She had a little girl." Said Dr. Aston. "Are we able to see her?" Asks Henry to Dr. Aston. "Yes for a bit." Replies Dr. Aston as he leads them to Nancy's girl. "Do you know what name Nancy picks out?" Asks Cindy to Ed as they walk to the nursery. "Yes, Eniko." Replies Ed.

"That is a different name." Said Dr. Aston. "I know we both like it." Said Ed as they enter the nursery. They couldn't believe how small she is. "How long will she be in here?" Asks Henry. "Until she is able to breathe on her own. There could be other problems. "Said Dr. Aston.

"I hope Nancy will be happy if she will survived this far. I hope she will again." Said Cindy. The others agree. They all leave the nursery. "How long wills Nancy has to stay in the hospital for?" Asks Ed to Dr. Aston. He tells them. "She still can visit Eniko every day. Said Dr. Aston.

(Three Weeks went by.)

"I am heading to check on Eniko." Said Nancy as gets her coat on. "I will stay here with Mack and Jimmy. Tell Eniko I love her." Said Ed as Nancy leaves. "She has been going to visit her every day." Said Diane as she watches Nancy leave. " I know it is hard for her too." Said Brandon.

"I hope she can bring her home soon. I think Mack and Jimmy wants to meet their sister." Said Ed as he plays with them. "I agree. I am sure they are doing everything for her. The doctor says another month. Then Eniko can come home." Said Cindy "Let's make that other room for Nancy? I think that will cheer her up." Said Ed. The others agree. " I will stay here with the boys, so you don't have to worry about them." Said Brandon. Ed agrees. They all leave.

Few hours later Nancy arrives back. "Where is everyone?" She asks Brandon as he and the twins great her. "They went out." Said Brandon. Nancy looks at Brandon. " I am not saying why. How is Eniko doing?" He asks Nancy. Nancy tells him. Two minutes later the others arrive back.

"How did the visit go?" Asks Ed to Nancy. Nancy repeats what she told Brandon. "I am sure once she is able to breathe on her own and make sure she is strong enough she will be home in no time." Said Ed as he comforts Nancy. "Didn't the doctor say when? Or gave you an idea?" Asks Ed. "Maybe next month" Replies Nancy.

(A month past.)

"Ed and I are going to bring Eniko home." Said Nancy as she and Ed grab the stuff for Eniko. "OK drives safe. We will be here." Said Cindy as Ed and Nancy leaves. "I can see Nancy is happy that Eniko will be home." Said Diane. Cindy nods her head yes. "Let's get that room set up." Said Henry. The others agree.

(Two hours later the room is set up and Nancy and Ed are back.)

"Wow she has grown." Said Diane as she looks at Eniko. Jimmy and Mack arrive to check Eniko out. "Be gentle with her." Said Ed. "Please follow me Nancy."Said Cindy. Nancy looks at her mom and follows her. They head towards the bed room. "Go ahead Nancy."Said Cindy. Nancy opens the door. "Wow, this is great." Said Nancy as she looks around. "We thought you love this." Said Ed. Nancy nods her head yes, "I sure do." Said Nancy.

"The stuff was on back order that is why we had to wait to show you this room." Said Henry. Nancy smiles as she places Eniko into the crib. Then they all leave. They head downstairs. " I am glad she is at home now." Said Nancy. Ed agrees too. "Did the doctor say anything else?" asks Cindy to Nancy.

Nancy shakes her head no. "He wants us to keep an eye on her just in case." Said Nancy as she plays with her sons for awhile. "Hey Nancy, do you mind if I call Abe and Bea?" Asks Cindy as she watched Nancy playing with her sons. "I don't mind. It will be nice to see them." Said Nancy. Cindy smiles at this and calls Abe and Bea. Ed hears Eniko crying, "I will get her." Said Ed as his head upstairs.

(Later Bea and Abe are there.)

"Congrats Nancy." Said Bea as Nancy shows Eniko to them. "She is a cutie. What is her name?" Asks Abe. Nancy smiles and replies, "Her name is Eniko." Both Abe and Bea look surprised at this. "That is a different name. I love it." Said Bea. Abe agrees as well.

"Well I am off." Said Brandon as he leaves. "Have a good time." Said Nancy as she watches Brandon leave. "I still don't believe Brandon got a date." Said Diane. "Yeah, I am sure a right guy will come for you Diane." Said Nancy. " I agree too. I think Mack and Jimmy wants to go for a walk." Said Diane as she sees them trying to put their coats on.

Nancy laughs at them. "I will take them." Said Diane as she helps them get their coats one. Few minutes later they leave. Ed checks the forum. "Hey Nancy there are more people want to become vampires." Said Ed. Nancy looks at the entries. "I can do one today, then fill out the others for the other days one a day?" Replies Nancy. Ed agrees to this and tells Nancy the name of the person that is coming today.

(Later.)

"You must be Jace." Said Nancy as she answers the door. "Yes I am." Said Jace a bit nervous. Nancy smiles as she lets Jace enter "Don't worry. I will explain what will happen." Said Nancy as she leads her to her office.

Once there Nancy explains what will get done to her. "This is my husband Ed, he will help me. "Said Nancy. Ed smiles to make Jace a bit comfortable. " I need you to read this and sign your name. I never give out your information to anyone. Once signed I will try to hypnotize you. If that won’t work. I will use the drugs." Said Nancy as she hands Jace the paper. "Ed is here in case you collapse and he will able to catch you and carry you to the couch." Continues Nancy. Jace reads the paper twice before she signs her name. She hands the paper the paper back to Nancy.

"Are you ready?"Nancy asks Jace. "Yes, I am" Said Jace. Nancy smiles "You won't feel a thing. Once you are under you won’t feel a thing. Once you are awake you will be refreshed." Said Nancy. "OK" Said Jace a bit excited now. "OK, first I am going to try hypnosis you. If that doesn't work. The drugs. Please stand in front of me." Jace does what Nancy says.

"Please look into my eyes. Your eyelids are getting very heavy. They want to close." Said Nancy. Jace's eyes starts to close. "Once your eyes are closed they don't want to open." Continues Nancy as she watches Jace. She see's Jace eyes are closed "Now I want you to relax. Your legs can't support you anymore. You want to fall back wards." Said Nancy as Ed stands behind Jace as she falls.

Ed carries her to the couch and lays her down. "Your whole body wants to relax. You are by a waterfall that makes you so sleepily that your whole body is so relax." Said Nancy as she sees Jace so relax. "You won’t feel a thing." Finished Nancy as she pokes Jace in the neck. Nancy sees some movement "You want to go as deep as you can. Your arms are so light that you don't want to move them. "Said Nancy as she pokes Jace again and didn't see any movement. Nancy bites Jace after that she watches the transformation. Then Nancy does the spell to wake Jace up. "How did it go?" Asks Jace. "Great, look at yourself in the mirror." Said Nancy as she wipes her mouth off. Jace looks at herself and pleased what she sees, "Thanks" She said as Nancy brings her to the door. Jace leaves. "That is another happy person."Said Ed. Nancy agrees with Ed. "Hey Nancy can people can do stuff while under hypnotizes?" Ed asks Nancy. "Yes. Why do you ask Ed?" Nancy asks.

"I think it will be fun to do."Said Ed. Nancy smiles at this."Yes, I remember Brandon asking me this same question. We better until he is back same with Diane." Said Nancy. Ed agrees with this. "We better tape it as well." Said Ed. Nancy agrees too.

(Later Brandon, Diane is back.)

"The boys are so tired. They sure played a lot outside." Said Diane as she and twins enter. "Yeah it is all the fresh air." Said Nancy as continues set up the living room. "Here let me help you Diane." Said Cindy as she and Diane put Jimmy and Mack to bed. Few minutes later Brandon and Cadee enter. "What is going on?" Brandon asks Nancy. Nancy just smiles "You need to wait Brandon. Hi Cadee, how was the date?" Cadee smiles and replies, " Great. Brandon wanted to show your home." Nancy smiles. Diane and Cindy return. "What is going on?" Asks Cadee a bit confused. Ed explains what is going to happen. "That sounds fun." Said Cadee.

"You can try it too Cadee." Said Nancy. Cadee smiles at this." Don't worry this is just for fun, Ed wanted to see if people can do crazy things while being hypnotized." Said Nancy. Brandon smiles at this. "I see we are going to record it?" He asks Nancy. Nancy nods her head yes. "I will be doing the recording. Since I can't get hypnotized." Said Henry. "Who will go first?" Asks Nancy. "One quick question what happens if I can't get hypnotized?" Asks Cadee.

"That is OK some people can't get hypnotized at all." Said Nancy. "Can I go first Nancy?" Asks Brandon. Nancy nods her head yes. "OK." The others sit down expect Ed and Brandon." Brandon, I want you to look into my eyes. Your eyes are getting very heavy" Nancy says this while Henry is taping this. Nancy notices Brandon's eyes are starting to close. "Your whole body wants to relax, your legs can't support you. You want to fall back wards." Says Nancy as watches Brandon fall backwards. Ed catches him and helps him to sit down on the chair. "Who is next?" Cadee is amazed that Nancy can keep Brandon like this. " I will go next." Said Cindy. Nancy smiles.

"Please stand in front of me." Asks Nancy. Cindy does what Nancy asks." Please look into my eyes, your eyes are getting heavy. They want to close." Said Nancy. Cindy's eyes closes. "You are having problems standing, you want to fall back wards." Finished Nancy as Cindy falls backwards into Ed's arms. He helps Cindy to sit down beside Brandon."Can I go next?" Asks Cadee to Nancy. "Sure. Please stand in front of me." Said Nancy. Cadee does what Nancy asks. "Your eyes are getting heavy they want to close." Said Nancy as she watches Cadee. Once Cadee's eyes are closed "You want to relax. Your legs can't support you." Nancy said. Cadee collapse into Ed's arms. He puts her next to Cindy.

"It is your turn Ed." Said Nancy. Ed nods as he sits down to make it easier for Nancy."Your eyelids are getting heavy. Let them close. You want to relax." Said Nancy as she sees Ed so relax. Henry tape all this.

"Brandon once you are awake you are going act like a cat when Diane says cat. Mom you are going to act like a wimp man when I say wimp. Cadee you are going to act like a dog when you hear Brandon acts like a cat. Ed you are going to act like a funny clown when you see the others act out their parts." Said Nancy.

Diane laughs at this. "Now everybody your eyelids are not as heavy, they want to open." Said Nancy. Everyone's eyes open." That feels refreshing." Said Cadee as stands up. "Hey dad can we get a cat?" Asks Diane. Just then Brandon acts like a cat while Cadee acts like a dog. Nancy says "Wimp" Cindy acts like a wimp man. Ed sees this and he starts act like a funny clown. Nancy, Diane and Henry laughing. "Everyone stop you are back to your self’s." Said Nancy.

Everyone stops."Please go back to your chairs. "Said Nancy. Everyone goes back to their chairs. "I am going to put you under again so you don't act this again." Finishes Nancy. Brandon nods his head in agreement. "Every one please looks into my eyes. Your eyes are getting heavy they want to close. Let them close." Said Nancy as she watches everyone eyes closes. " You want to relax. You will be normal now." Said Nancy as she checks them out. "Your eyelids are not as heavy. You are able to open them." Finishes Nancy. Everyone eyes open. "That was fun. What happened?" Cadee asks. Henry stops the recording we can watch it." Said Henry as he puts the tape into the VCR and clicks rewind. After awhile everyone is laughing. "I thought that is the best way to say cat." Said Diane . Henry agrees there.

Chapter 20


“I think Jimmy is starting to walk now.” Said Nancy as she sees Jimmy trying to walk on his own. Ed looks at Jimmy and notices Mack is trying as well. “I think Mack wants to learn as well.” Said Ed as he went over to help Mack out while Nancy helps Jimmy.

“Do you think the police will find that killer vampire?” Asks Ed to Nancy as he helps Mack out in walking. “I haven’t a clue, they do keep the details to them self.” Said Nancy as she helps Jimmy out.


(Two Hours Later)

“Wow they are sure walking all over the place now.” Said Henry as he watches them. “We should get some gates for the stairs so they wont go up there themselves.” Said Cindy as she also watches them. Nancy nods her head in agreement “Ed and I are going to take them for a walk.” Said Nancy as she grabs their coats. Henry watches them leave.
“Nancy is a great mother.” Said Diane as she also watches them leave.

(Five months has past.)

“I am heading over to check the building out.” Said Nancy as she gets her coat on. “Can I come along?” asks Diane. “Yes, you can Diane. I will love to have the company.” Said Nancy as she waits for Diane to get ready. Brandon watches them leave. “ I am heading out with Mack and Jimmy for a walk.” Said Brandon as he gets them ready.

(At Vampire Spa)

“Wow, it is amazing Nancy.” Said Diane as they walk towards the building. Nancy smiles and replies, “ I know it is bigger than the old building. I have more features as well.” Cadee sees them coming “Glad you are here. They are done with the building.” Said Cadee happily.

“That is good news. Now we need to find some furniture now.” Said Nancy as they walk inside. “I think you are going to have a big surprise Nancy.” Said Cadee as she opens the door. Nancy looks at Cadee strangely and she enters the building to see the furniture there. “Where did this come from?” Nancy asks Cadee in puzzlement. Cadee just shrugged her shoulders and replies, “It just showed up. It also paid for as well.” Said Cadee as she looks at the furniture.
Nancy looks at Diane and back to the furniture. “Did mom and dad did this?” Nancy asks Diane. “Yes, they wanted to help out as well. Even Ed too he knew what colors you pick out as well.” Said Diane as she looks at the furniture. “I have a good idea where to put the furniture.” Said Nancy as she starts to moves some with Cadee and Diane helping her.

(Five hours later. Everything it is its place. Nancy and Diane heads home.)

Cindy notices Nancy and Diane arrival. “How did it go?” She asks as she comes towards them. “The place looks great.” Said Diane as she takes off her coat. “Thanks for the furniture. It looks great.” Said Nancy as she takes off her coat as well. “We thought you would like the furniture we pick out for you. Ed knew what colors you had for the Vampire Spa.” Said Henry.

“Thanks again. It safes me the trouble.” Said Nancy. Ed smiles at this.” I am hoping you are being careful now Nancy.” Ed asks Nancy. “Yes I am. Later today I am going to the doctor to get a check up.” Said Nancy.

(Later)

“How did the doctor say?” Asks Ed as he greats Nancy as she enters the living room. “Good. I am having one kid this time. The doctor asked me if I wanted to know the gender as well. I said no, I wanted a surprise.” Replies Nancy. Ed smiles and replies, “ I want it to be healthy or what gender it is either.”

“I am hoping for a girl this time.” Said Nancy. “Hey Nancy, do you think Cadee will go out with me?” Asks Brandon a bit nervous. Nancy is shocked to hear this. “I really don’t know. Why do you ask?” Asks Nancy to Brandon “I have a crush on her. I was hoping if she might want to go on a date with me.” Replies Brandon

“Why don’t you call her and find out? Or you are too shy to do it?” Asks Nancy. Brandon only nods his head yes. Diane laughs. “I am planning to go to Vampire Spa later. You can come with me and ask her in person.” Said Nancy. Brandon looks at Nancy and replies, “I am not too sure if she will go out with a me cause I am a vampire. I will go with you and ask her.” Nancy Smiles at this.

(Later at Vampire Spa)

“Wow, it is huge.: Says Brandon as he looks at the building. Nancy smiles at Brandon’s reaction. They enter the building. “When is the grand opening Nancy?” Brandon asks to Nancy. “I haven’t a clue that is why we are here.” Answers Nancy.

Cadee sees them and comes over to them. “Hi Nancy, Brandon. Glad you are here.” Said Cadee Nancy smiles “This shouldn’t take long Brandon, look around for a bit.” Asks Nancy. Brandon nods his head and leaves them. “I think he has a crush on me.” Said Cadee. Nancy just smiles and replies, “ Maybe.” Said Nancy Cadee just looks at Nancy “If you are wondering I do have a crush on Brandon. I also enjoy vampires as well.” Said Cadee. Nancy was in total shock. “That is a big surprise there, Cadee. We better decide what day for the grand opening is going to take place.” Replies Nancy

(Later Brandon is back)

“What do you think Brandon?” Asks Nancy as Brandon returns. “It is total awesome. The colors and everything. I think Jimmy will be pleased with it as well.” Said Brandon. Nancy nods her head in agreement. “I am going to do a final check and I will leave you two alone.” Said Nancy as she leaves. Brandon watches Nancy leave. “Great job on the design Cadee.” Said Brandon. Cadee blushes a bit. “ I was wondering if you would go out with me?” Brandon as a bit shy to Cadee. Cadee smiles at this “ I would love to Brandon. I was wondering when you going to asked me.” Replies Cadee.

Brandon is shocked to hear this. “I had a crush on you the first time I saw you.” Cadee finished. “You don’t care I am a vampire?” Brandon asks Cadee. Cadee shakes her head no. “ I enjoy the creatures of the night.” Cadee replies. “Do you care where I take you?” asks Brandon. Cadee shake her head no. “ I totally love surprises.” Cadee answers. Brandon and tells her where he is going to take her. “That sounds fun. What time?” She asks. Brandon tells her.

“How did it go?” Ask Nancy to Brandon. Brandon smiles and replies, “Good taking her out tonight. I was surprised she had a crush on me as well.” Nancy just smiles. Few minutes later they are back home. “How did it went?” asks Ed as he sees them enter.” The place is nice as well.” Said Brandon.

“Cadee and I are heading over to the building place to see how they are coming along with the blue prints.” Said Nancy as she puts on her coat. “OK, we will watch over the boys until you return.” Said Ed as he plays with them. Nancy smiles and she leaves.

“We need to do something special for Nancy. She keeps going like this. Helping out people as well.” Said Ed. Diane nods her head in agreement, “I agree as well. I know vampires don’t get worn down. She wills if she keeps this up.” Said Diane. “I agree maybe a web site explaining how vampires can be nice?” asks Henry. Cindy nods her head no, “I don’t think that will work. Some vampires don’t want to be expose.” Said Cindy. Ed nods his head in agreement. “I don’t think Cadee nor Nancy has pick out the furniture yet. I know the colors she has pick out. Let’s get it for them.” Said Ed.

“That is a good idea. I sure don’t want to leave Brandon or the twins alone.” Said Cindy a bit worried. “I will stay with them.” Said Diane. Cindy smiles “Thanks, Diane. We shouldn’t be long.” Said Cindy as she and the others get ready to leave. “OK, if you are not back I will let Nancy know you went out. I won’t tell her why.” Replies Diane.

(Later)

“I am glad that is done.” Said Ed as they return from the store. Diane hears them. “Any luck?” she asks. Cindy nods her head yes. “It is already ordered and paid for. Once the building is done they will have the furniture.” Said Cindy. Few minutes later Nancy arrives back. “I am back.” Said Nancy. Ed comes over and gives her a big kiss. “How did it go?” Ed asks as they walk into the living room. Nancy explains what the new Vampire Spa will look like.

“Wow, it sounds so wonderful.” Said Diane. Nancy nods her head in agreement. “How is Brandon doing?” Nancy asks. Diane answers, “ Pretty good, still sleeping.” Nancy was amazed at what she heard. “I am going to check on him. Same with Jimmy and Mack.” Said Nancy as she heads upstairs. Few minutes later Brandon and Nancy returns with Jimmy and Mack.

“I sure didn’t want to get up.” Said Brandon. Nancy smiles as she puts down Mack. “How long wills it to take them to build the new Vampire Spa?” Diane asks. Nancy explains how long it will take. “Please excuse me.” Said Nancy as she rushes to the bathroom. Cindy smiles as she plays with Jimmy and Mack.

Suddenly the phone rings. Cindy answers the phone. She talks for a few minutes. Ed sees Cindy’s face. “What is it?” he asks her after she hangs up the phone. Cindy explains about the phone call. “That is weird, I never heard of that person.” Said Nancy as she heads towards the computer to search on the person. After a few minutes later she has found what she is looking for.

Nancy isn’t too happy what she has found. “This person is totally against vampires. He says vampires will ruin the earth with the devil.” Nancy reads on the computer. Everyone is shocked to hear this. “Is there anything else there?” asks Ed as he listens. Nancy nods her head yes and continues reading, “They destroyed my family by killing them. I will hunt everyone of them down and kill them.”

“I don’t think all the other vampires out there will kill people for food.” Said Brandon as he listens as well. “There are vampires does hunt humans or vampires.” Said Nancy a bit worried. “I wonder if he will listen to reason?” asks Henry as he listens as well. “ He gave me a number to call him.” Said Cindy as she sits down. “If are going to meet him let’s do it in a public place, I don’t want my sons to hear any of this.” Said Nancy as she plays with her sons after she left the computer.

“Good idea, I will go with you Nancy I don’t want you do this on your own.” Said Ed as he plays with his sons as well. Nancy nods her in agreement. “I will make the call to him and make the meeting place.” Said Cindy as she heads over to the phone.

(At the meeting place.)

Nancy and Ed arrive at the meeting place. “I hope we can talk him and hope he understands some vampires aren’t mean to humans.” Said Ed as he watches people walking by. Nancy nods her head in agreement as she watches them as well. Nancy notices a man walking towards them. “Are you Nancy and Ed?” asks the man as he stops in front of them. “Yes we are. I am Nancy and this is Ed.” Said Nancy.

“Nice to meet you I am Phil.” Said Phil as he studies Nancy and Ed. They stand there for a few minutes in award silence. “I am curious why you called us today?” Asks Nancy as she breaks the silence. Phil explains to him when he was still a teenager. Nancy and Ed is shocked to hear this. “I am sorry about your loss Phil, there are vampires out there will hunt humans like that. There are some that will leave humans alone. I refuse to bite to get food.” Said Nancy. Phil was shocked to hear what Nancy said. “You mean some vampires wants to be left alone?” Phil asks them.

“Yes, all they want is peace. There are some vampires that will hunt both humans and other vampires.” Said Nancy. Phil looks at Nancy and Ed “I probably got the bad impression about vampires.” Said Phil. “There is can be justice for the vampire that killed your parents, even thou we are vampires we still have to follow the rules.” Said Nancy.

Phil is still in shock what he heard. “I know this vampire it out there. I know what he looks like as well.” Said Phil. Nancy is shocked to hear this. “Have you gone to the police about it?” She asks Phil. Phil shakes his head no, “I didn’t know if they will believe me or not.” He said.

“We better tell them in case he is still out there.” Said Nancy. Phil looks not too sure about that. Ed sees how nervous Phil is, “He is a murder, he wont stop killing people at all. Think about the other families out there that might lose some they love from this murder.” Said Ed. Phil looks at Ed with surprise and replies, “OK. Let’s do it.” As they start walking to the police station.

(Later)

They all leave the police station “I don’t believe this. They believed my story.” Said Phil. Nancy smiles “They still treat us with respect even thou we are different creatures from them.” Said Nancy. “It will take awhile for them to catch this vampire.” Said Ed. Phil nods his head in agreement “I better get going and I will fix that website I made about the vampires. I am truly sorry about that.” Said Phil as he leaves Nancy and Ed. Nancy watches Phil leave, “He is a brave boy, I am not too sure if the police can catch this vampire.” Said Nancy. Ed looks at her in puzzlement and asks, “What do you mean?” Nancy explains what she has heard about this vampire. Ed is totally in shock. “I hope Phil takes is easy now, I hope this vampire doesn’t come after him now.” Said Ed. Nancy nods her head yes, “Before we head home, let’s stop at Jimmy’s grave, I am sure Jimmy can do something.” Said Nancy. Ed smiles and they both walk back their car to head over to Jimmy’s grave.

“Ed, my parents anniversary is coming up soon.” Says Nancy. Ed looks at Nancy and replies, “ What are you planning to do?” Nancy smiles “ Let’s say our family is getting a bit bigger now.” Replies Nancy. Ed looks at Nancy in surprised. “Don’t tell me your pregnant?” said Ed. Nancy nods her head yes. “I went to the doctor to see if I was pregnant or not. I didn’t tell my parents yet. Diane and Brandon want to give them a big surprise party. I was thinking of doing special to tell them about it. I have no idea what I can do.” Said Nancy as she thinks.

“We could wrap some baby stuff and give it to them. With our other present as well.” Replies Ed. Nancy nods, “I agree, they will be so happy for another grandchild, they adore Jimmy and Mack. I am hoping for a girl this time.” Said Nancy. Ed smiles, “It doesn’t matter what gender it is it I will be happy.” Said Ed as he kissed Nancy.

(At the party.)

Nancy and Ed brings Cindy and Henry to the hall. “I don’t believe this, we didn’t want to have one.” Said Cindy a bit surprised at this. Brandon walks over “We want too.” Said Brandon. Henry is in shock as well. Diane comes over “Please come this way.” Diane said. Cindy and Henry follow Diane. Diane shows them their special chairs. They both sit. Mack and Jimmy crawl over and sit in front of them.

“Let’s start with the presents.” Said Nancy as she hands her parents the first one. Ten minutes later all the presents are open expect for one. Nancy hands the last present to her parents. They open to find some baby food and baby shoes; they look at Nancy in surprise. “Are you expecting again Nancy?” Asks Henry.

“Yes. I Am.” Says Nancy as her parents give her a hug. Both Diane and Brandon were also shocked too. They came over to congrats Nancy. “I know Ed is happy with the news.” Said Diane as she watched Ed plays with Mack and Jimmy. “Yes, I think he has a soft spot for kids.” Said Nancy as she starts to clean up the mess. Both Diane and Brandon help her as well.

(Later.)

“That was fun.” Said Cindy as she relaxes after all the excitement. “Yes, poor Mack and Jimmy are too worn out.” Said Nancy as she and Ed carry them upstairs to put them to bed. Cindy and Henry put their gifts away. “Mom I am heading out for a bit, I want does some shopping for awhile.” Said Diane. Cindy nods her head yes. “I am going with out as well with friends for a bit too.” Said Brandon as they leave. “Make sure you are home for supper.” Said Cindy as she watches them leave.

Nancy and Ed come downstairs and they saw Brandon and Diane leaving. “Going out for awhile?” Asks Ed. Cindy nods her head yes. “I am planning to work on the design with Tegan for Vampire Spa.” Said Nancy as she gets her coat on. “Ok, Good luck Nancy, I will stay here with Mack and Jimmy. I want to catch up on some reading.” Said Ed as he grabs his book.

(Later at suppertime.)

“Where is Diane?” asks Cindy. Brandon shrugged his shoulders “We walk to the mall together.” Said Brandon. “I hope she didn’t forget the time.” Said Henry. Cindy shakes her head no and says with a bit worry in her voice “No, she is really good with keeping track of time.” Nancy goes over and comforts Cindy “Let’s eat, then we can do something afterwards.” Said Nancy in a calm voice. Cindy nods her head in agreement.

(After supper.)

Suddenly Brandon just collapsed on the floor. Nancy goes over to him “what is it?” Asks Nancy a bit confused. “Diane, I think is in trouble.” Said Brandon in some pain. Cindy and Henry look at each other. “I think he can feel Diane some how.” Said Ed. Brandon continues screaming Diane’s name. “He will hurt himself or others.” Said Henry bit worried now. Nancy nods her head in agreement “Brandon, I am going to try to hypnotize you before someone or you get hurt.” Said Nancy. Brandon nods his head in agreement.

Nancy does the hypnosis on Brandon and he is out like a light. Ed picks him up and lays him on the couch. “Brandon can you hear me?” asks Nancy. Brandon answers, “Yes, I can.” Nancy sees Brandon as not as relax “Brandon I want you to concrete, think where Diane is. Try to contact her if possible.” Said Nancy. They all watch Brandon as he tries to locate Diane. After a few minutes them that she is being a prisoner from a vampire hate club. Nancy looks at the others, “Do you know where the location?” Nancy asks Brandon. “No, they covered her head when they took her away.” Brandon said.

Nancy sees Brandon is getting worn out from this ordeal. “Brandon, I want you to relax let your mind relax.” Nancy said. Brandon is having problems relaxing. “He is too uptight about Diane. I need to use the drugs so he can sleep for a while. Ed can you watch him?” Asks Nancy. Ed nods his head as he watches Brandon. Nancy runs upstairs to her office to get the drug.

She returns as fast as she could. “Brandon, I am going to use the drug on you. You wont feel a thing.” Said Nancy as she gets the needle ready. After that is done she gives the needle to Brandon. “Brandon let the drug work, you want to relax.” Said Nancy as she watches Brandon starting to relax. “How long are you planning to keep him under?” Ed asks Nancy. Nancy checks on Brandon again and replies, “For awhile. It won’t harm him. We need to find that clubhouse. Before they really harm Diane.” Ed nods his head in agreement. “I never heard of them before.” Said Ed.

“I have. I saw some of them when I was still living at the apartment. I think they have a website as well.” Said Nancy as she goes over to the computer. She starts searching for the vampire hate club. “This might not easy as I thought.” Said Nancy as she looks at the results on the screen. Ed is reading as well. “I agree with you.” Said Ed a bit worried. Suddenly Brandon screams. Everyone jumped at once. Nancy went over and check on Brandon. “Brandon can you hear me?” Nancy asks. Brandon answers her. “Are you in contact with Diane?” Nancy asks Brandon again.

“Yes, she is telling me where she is.” Brandon said. He tells them the location. Ed writes it down. “Brandon, tell her we will call the cops to get her back. Then I will give you more stuff to make you sleep in a deep sleep.” Said Nancy. Nancy gives Brandon more sleep drug he goes into a deep sleep. “I am going to call the police and give them this address.” Said Nancy as she heads to the phone. The others agree with that.

(Two hours later.)

Cindy is watching out thru the window. “I hoping she will be alright.” Said Cindy trying to keep calm. Henry comes over and comforts her. “The police will bring her here after they get a statement from her.” Said Henry as he watches as well. Nancy checks on Brandon. “I will start to wake up Brandon up. It will take awhile for the drug to wear off.” Said Nancy as she gets the needle ready. She gives the needle to Brandon. “They are here.” Said Cindy overjoyed.

Diane comes running in crying. Cindy and Henry try to calm her down. “It is all right. You can tell us later.” Said Cindy. Ed comes over and brings her inside. “I am Officer Drew. The people who kidnapped Diane are in jail charged with kidnapping.” Said Officer Drew. Henry asks, “Why would they take Diane? She hasn’t harmed anyone at all.”

“Their reason is to get rid of the devil slaves. Which I don’t think vampires are. They will be locked up for sometime. There will be others out there.” Officer Drew said. Nancy nods her head in agreement. “Thanks again. We were worried about her.” Said Henry. Officer Drew left.

“What is wrong with Brandon?” asks Diane as she sees Brandon sleeping. Ed explains what Nancy did. “She just gave him the other needle before you showed up.” Finished Ed. Nancy goes over to Brandon and does the spell to wake him up. Brandon comes around in a daze. “What happened?” he asks a bit weak. Nancy tells him, and then Diane comes over and gives her brother a big hug.

“How do you feel Brandon?” asks Nancy. Brandon looks at Nancy and answers “Very tired.” Nancy looks at Ed. Ed nods his head in agreement. “I will carry to your room.” Said Ed. Brandon smiles his thanks and fallen back to sleep. Ed picks him up and carries him to his room. Meanwhile Diane explains what happen to her at the mall after she and Brandon split up. “I never felt so helpless like that. They game from nowhere and grab me. I tried to fight them. They overtook me. Blindfold me and we drove somewhere. After we arrived they tied me up. I had a feeling Brandon was trying to talk to me some how. They kept saying these awful sayings to me. I even told them I am not a monster a peaceful creature that wants to be left alone. They didn’t buy it. They were starting to make a spear. I am glad the police showed up when they did.” Finished Diane crying just a bit.

Cindy goes and sits buy Diane and comforts her. The others were in shock to what they heard. “I have heard of about these clubs, they don’t relies we were humans at one point. We can’t stop them making these clubs at all. We need to be careful now with them.” Said Nancy a bit angry that some one wants to harm her family or other vampires that out there.
